Patrick F. Leahy, Ed.D., became the sixth president of Wilkes University in July 2012. Since joining Wilkes, he has led the University in creating a strategic plan, Gateway to the Future, which maps strategies for establishing it as one of the finest small universities in the country. The Plan, built on six themes, focuses the University’s efforts and resources on teaching and learning and the success of Wilkes’ students.
