Ebony McNeil is the Graduate Assistant of Community Outreach for the O’Pake Institute. Currently completing his master’s degree in organizational leadership with a Bachelors’ in Organizational Behavior and Applied Psychology. Ebony is a Universal Branch Manager for Member’s First Credit Union and is Founder and Executive Director of non-profit organization, The Forge, who focuses on enhancing manhood and changing the negative narrative toward manhood in today’s society.
Mark Evers is the Project Manager of Arts and Entertainment at the O’Pake Institute. He oversees all projects as it relates to music, art, and all forms of entertainment. Mark’s main duty is to provide experiential learning for the O’Pake fellows in all art projects involving our business partners, the Reading community and beyond, and the Alvernia University as a whole. Mark holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA in Music Business, and is currently pursuing his PhD in Leadership at Alvernia University.
