Michelle Rae Conway is an award-winning entrepreneur, author, educator, and motivational speaker with a passion for empowering young professionals. She currently serves as an Instructor at Misericordia University’s College of Business, specializing in entrepreneurship, leadership, and professional development.
Conway is the author of "If You're in Your Twenties, Read This," which encourages young professionals to embrace their unique journey, celebrate their inexperience, and transform. She is the founder and host of The Orange Butterfly Effect Podcast.
With a deep commitment to business growth and individual development, Conway has mentored over 300 businesses in various critical areas, including business development, business planning, market analysis, leadership development, and strategic planning.
Conway actively engages in leadership activities and contributes to professional organizations. She serves as a council member for Women2Women and the Alvernia Women's Council, a faculty advisor for the Collegiate Division of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) and serves as the Vice President of the Reading Science Center (RSC) Board.
As a proud alumna of Wilkes University, Conway attained her MBA with a concentration in leadership and completed her undergraduate studies in Marketing with high honors. Committed to her continuous growth and knowledge, Conway is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Corporate Leadership from Alvernia University.
