Wendy W. Koba
Wendy Koba operates her law practice in Springtown, PA, specializing in patent prosecution, trademark registration, and intellectual property counseling. She opened her private practice in 1999 after working as an in-house patent attorney with Bell Labs (including working at both the Allentown and Reading facilities) for over 20 years. Today, Wendy works with corporate clients (such as Nokia, Siemens, Coherent Inc) as well as local entrepreneurs and start-up companies in the Lehigh Valley/Eastern PA area. Her practice encompasses all aspects of foreign and domestic patent prosecution in diverse technologies including telecommunications, optical fiber technology, opto-electronic components and communication systems, and semiconductor devices and fabrication processes. Wendy holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, and a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law.
Wendy and her husband Paul make their home in Upper Bucks County, and have a daughter that lives and works in Stockholm, Sweden and a son that makes his home in Bucks County with his wife and son.
