The 14 regional institutions of higher education have agreed to leverage their greatest asset, their current students and alumni networks to assist with a companies most important need…qualified employees. First, WorkNEPA, provided by tecBridge, provides you with a vehicle to identify internship candidates. Secondly, TecBridge in association with the college’s career services office will be posting your open positions with the expectation that you will attract graduating students and recent graduates. Finally, in an effort to find Senior level staff who are interested in relocating to the region, TecBridge will be working with the alumni offices to announce available positions to their alumni networks.
A one stop shop to access the graduates associated with our region’s 14 colleges and universities, you provide TecBridge with job descriptions and your information will be shared with thousands of potential candidates.
